Laggy load screen

Hello. Ive been experiencing multiple disconnects lately because the games wont even load. They remain stuck at the loading screen (where the game box is shown). Is there anyone else experiencing this? I've been experiencing this when playing in a desktop browser and in a phone browser.

What steps have YOU taken to ensure the problem isn't on your end?

You experience it on multiple devices, multiple different browsers?
