construction game which is easy to learn and less complex

Hi all.
I am looking for one or some construction games (like for example Arnak, Stone Age etc ...) . You know, games where you built-up a civilization or where you built-up a factory or something else in that kind.
The game that Ilike to play, should be easy to learn, quite simple to play and not so complex.

Please can you recomend one game or two ?

Well, I know that the games "Stone Age" and "Arnak" are note easy to learn and that they are complex games. I just mentioned the two games as an example to make it clear what kind of games I’m looking for . I call it "constuction games", where the palyer built-up a civilization or built-up a factory or something else in that kind.

Chocolate factory, complexity: 3
Steam Work, 4 (but I'd say it's actually simpler)
Monster factory, 1
Homesteaders, 3
Nicodemus, 3

I guess you have to say, unfortunately, the complexity of the games is not always correctly specified on BGA. The base value is 3, and it was not adapted to the game in every case.

I would say that Chocolate factory and Homesteaders have a complexity compareable to Arnak. Despite the name, Monster Factory is not a construction game, but a very easy (and funny) tile placing game. Nicodemus might fit for your purpose.

At about the same complexity as Stone Age you find Dice Forge, Abyss, and 7 Wonders. Even more easy are Splendor, 7 Wonders Architects and The Builders. Not all of them are construction games in theme, but you develop a kind of engine there. Flaming Pyramids is a quite light game with construction theme.
