you can only do this when you have already played at least one full game with that person. if you've already done so, it should let you do a green thumb or a non-private red thumb (reviews that reach the community). the private red thumb, as it is private, you can always give it

Green thumbs, unlike Red ones, are universal, they are not Public or Private. OK.

I know that one, but im asking:
player A gave player B a RT, do player C know that?
Or player C would only know player B had a bad karma, probably because he got too many RT, but doesnt know WHO gave those RT.

Or if you try to invite B or C to a table where C or B is already sitting. Then you know that some player in the table red-thumbed the player you're trying to invite, or vice-versa.
