Main problem of this players is they are logged in to many turmament than they can handle, Some players play more than 4xx games in arena and they can handle them (they play slowly but they play in time limit).
Some solution to solve this :
Limit turnament inscription for low karma player (maybe already the case)
Limit simultaneous inscription on schedulled turnament to avoid than player with positive karma log in in to many turnament and not handle them.

For exemple if you can only log on 3 no already starting turnament, active player will not be realy impacted because less active player witch log in to many turnament will let place for them.

Karma can be easily recovered by playing a lot of short games.
No none of those players is a bot.

One of them finished my table yesterday just a bit before the time limit. He just appeared and we done the game almost realtime. That doesn't change the fact that i was waiting 2-3 days for a single move and that he/she was recently excluded form 200 tables and overtime and 1.000 tables.

The other is a known Russian that was on MSO Olympics. He simple can't handle 400 tables. So many games with him don't finish (maybe 10% and maybe on 40% he go overtime). But the reason that he is not excluded on more tables is just because most of players don't skip him. So as an example on a 4 players table with 2.5 days per player to think, he use his 2.5 days, plus 1-2 days from each of the other 3. This is not fun at all. I do my move, the other 2 the same. And that guy sometimes take 12 hours to do 1 move, sometimes take 3 days. So he use his and our time. And that is not fun and fair at all.

I agree that players with bad reputation should have a limit on how many tables they can join. We should also be able to restrict tables and tournaments based on how many open tables players have. It's not very fun to play with 100+ game players...

As we all know, the reputation system doesn't work very well. There are players who have dozens of penalties, but they still have 100% reputation because they play so many games. The system should be based on number of penalties instead of karma.
