I just had a bug with Carcassonne, the most played game here and asked myself if it's worth spending the time to file a bug, if there are a hundred open ones and partly since years.
I picked this as a prominent example, no offence meant to the developer, I know for myself that people have other things to do or might have reasons to not being able to care anymore, but I think the platform should have an interest that bugs are being cared about and games are maintained just like other software.
