Strategic Move

Hi,

How should "Strategic Move" event be used?

I can't select the event neither in the strategic move phase nor in the action phase.

You select a ground unit or air unit to move that unit along roads and railways.

You explain about a normal strategic move, but I ask about the "Strategic Move Event", the card that appears in the top of the screen, at side with other events like tanks, surprise attack.

It is not a card, just a token showing you can do one strategic move, it is put on moved unit.
Without it, no strategic move (like in small scenarios).
