How do you get support for logging in??

How the !@#$ do you get someone to get back to you if you can't login to your account? I tried resetting the password but it says there is no such email, but: 1. it's a premium account I paid for, 2. I have emails from resetting the password over 6 months ago to that same email address, 3. I can see the account is active by username through my other BGA account, so it hasn't been deleted.

I've tried submitting a help request in the website. No responses.
I've tried submitting a bug report (https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=58349). No responses.
I've tried sending a direct message over in the facebook and twitter profile. No responses.

This premium account was paid for the year back in May 2021 and should be active for another 5 months, and even if it wasn't active as premium I still should be able to login and use it. SUPPORT!?!?!

(FYI I'm writing from the *other* BGA account I have which is also Premium, and works fine, which is the only reason I can even get on here to get help. Happy to get answers here...)

Funny enough I checked spam the first 2 days and didn't see anything their either, but apparently when they did end up getting back to me it DID go into spam, both times, to both emails. So, finally today I got a message from support saying "As I wrote you twice before...", which somehow DIDN'T go to spam this time. I check all over for emails from them, and finally find them in spam.

So, lesson of the day: check spam, over and over again.

(Turns out my records were wrong and we had the wrong email address listed for this account, and used to sign in with the username... can't reset the password with the username and inadvertently using the wrong email came back with "email address not found" so we just couldn't get it. User error, of course.)
