Can't leave the game when other player is abusive

Hi, not sure what to do, I was playing and another player was abusive during chat. I asked the individual to stop. Didn't help. Asked to finish game early they refused. I was left with two options either continue engaging in the game (which I couldn't as I was too angry) or quit the game by force, or place my phone and time out. For both of the second options I would have been penalised.

Any advice? What is the mechanism in this scenario? When the other player is more or less keeping you hostage?

That is how it feels when you want to finish game due to their behaviour. And your have requested and they have refused intentionally.

Cool next will do it, but it's sad that there is no mechanism to deal with this.
