Carcassonne interactive tutorial

Hello,
With BGA's new tutorial feature, I created an interactive tutorial for Carcassonne. I'd love to get some feedback from Carcassonne fans on whether you think it adequately teaches the game, or what you would change if you could.

The tutorial is good. Well done.

However you made a mistake with the monestary. If finished, it will score 9 points (1 point for its own tile and 1 point each for the 8 tiles surrounding it).

If a monestary is not finished it will score 1 point for its own tile and 1 point each for the 8 tiles surrounding it. So in your tutorial, at the moment the monestary was placed, it was worth 4 points (because of the 3 surrounding tiles).

An improvement to your tutorial might be a summary at the end of the tutorial about the scoring rules:

(shared) majority in city: 1 point per city tile + 1 point per shield (at end of game if unfinished)
2 point per city tile + 2 point per shield (instantly if finished)

(shared) majority on road: 1 point per road tile (finished or unfinished)

manned monestary: 1 point for monestary + 1 point each for each of the 8 surrounding tiles (finished or unfinished)

for each field, (shared) majority in a field: 3 points for each completed city that borders this field.



Another improvement might be the explanation of the player boards (number of victory points already scored, number of meeples still available) and a comment that you cannot place a meeple if you have none left in your stock.

Well done and showing all features in a good way! Don’t know if this is a technical issue of sorts: while being able to do all the Carcassonne related controls as I usually do (using IPad and iPen) the “continue”;control button of the tutorial would not work for me, it would change Color, but not trigger the function.

Maybe a BGA related issue?
