How to get games on available licenses list?

How to get games on available licenses list?

I represent a small publishing company. I filled out the forms here: https://boardgamearena.com/gamepublishers and received email confirmation, but that was some time ago and the games have still not appeared on the available licenses list. Tried emailing studio@boardgamearena.com over 2 weeks ago with no response. Can someone please help me with how to get our games on this list? Thanks.

yeah that is pretty much it, keep pinging them via studio email...

They are slightly understuffed to manage 7M users and 400+ games...
