problems logging into the SFTP server

I decided to to some more work on Cardiceo, but I'm having issues logging into the SFTP server. Using the credentials and the server I used before, I get this error on WinScp "Couldn't agree a key exchange algorithm"

Has something about the login changed, like the server address?

server: 1.studio.boardgamearena.com
port: 22
