Arena should be 3-player by default

Arena should be 3-player by default

BoardGameGeek has a community voting which says 3-player is the best. I also feel 3 is the supposed number because 2 offers too many free slots. The worker slots are not crowded enough, which is essential to the fun for worker placement games.
