BGA module can’t be found

I tried to play and it kept giving me the message that a BGA module can’t be found. Had to abandon a couple games and lost reputation points.

What’s worse is I can’t play on my computer. I am on my phone now.

Tried logging up and back in changing the language and the other things the message suggested.

Contacting BGA is like eating rocks.

Not happy as I only get to play with my daughter on occasions and then this happens.
