Quoridor : game draw ?

A funny position during a game vs Oren, six fence for white (me) and one for black, both player refuses to move and repeat the position (right,left,right,left...).
Game is draw or white have a strategy to win ?

So from the picture it looks like Oren was wanting to block the bottom left, and needed to wait for you to move up. BUT if you had six fences there were probably some things you could do in that situation. Without the whole picture it is a bit difficult to visualize, but perhaps, you could place a fence horizontally above Oren, splitting the row, and force him to block off 2 things, ensuring the win for you.

It looks like with 6 fences you would be able to do what I recommended and force Oren to take a 10+ loop or use his last fence. If you added one fence below him extending your line, and then split the 2 gap row in half, it would probably be a close game.
