1404 game Bug - how to translate "bugs"

I got a question. Since there is yet no other language instructions versions of this game:
1) should we keep the strict (not translated) "Bug" name of the game and of the "bugs" in game
2) keep the original "Bug" game name but in instructions translate the "bug" as insect/worm
3) translate the "Bug" name of the game and corresponding bugs in game

I think 2) is best option?

go with option 2.
it's what we did in Swedish.
