Starting today I keep getting this error: Callback error: ReferenceError: ga is not defined

And then my profile link and turn based games in the top right are not there.

Sometimes refreshing or hitting back gets them to appear but the error occurs again and they disappear.

I'm on chrome.

I can't reproduce this issue. Could someone post the full trace from the web developer console (F12).
Did you try clearing your browser cache too? (or using CTRL+F5) Did you try in a private window to make sure you don't have an adblocker or browser extension meddling?

Same on Firefox + NoScript, with quite strict setting (I use it to not be tracked by Google/Facebook/Amazon/...).
If I allow one specific domain, "googletagmanager.com", it works, I can play and post this message.
I have only one tab in my browser, and before opening new tabs I will disconnect, disallow this domain and clean my browser: very annoying!

May be this domain has irregular problems, explaining problems for other players?

In any case, it is a bad idea to depend on outer domains for basic functions...

Getting the same error today on Safari 15.2, macOS Monterey 12.1.

Did you try clearing your browser cache too? (or using CTRL+F5) Did you try in a private window to make sure you don't have an adblocker or browser extension meddling?

Clearing cookies and cache made it worse. Once I did that I could not even log in with a normal window. I have to log in from a Chrome Incognito window now. I don't have adblockers.

Same error for me (Chrome 100.0.4896.75) as for the OP. I am logged in, probably by persistent cookie. I can play if I take a long route Community → my groups → my profile → now playing at <n> tables. The direct icons at top right are missing, and I get that error about ga (google analytics) missing.

Oh, and yes, I cleared cache — but not cookies. I suspect that if I cleared cookies I could not log in again.
