Log In problems

Hi all, community,

I don't know if it's the correct section, but I didn't know where to write.

My apologies for any language mistakes (English is not my native language), but as the title states, I cannot log in here on BGA with my pc (I'm using a different device to write this post).

Whenever I try it, the following warning message appears (it is written on red background) :

"Callback error: ReferenceError: ga is not defined"

It all happened suddenly, from morning to afternoon.

In this range of time I only updated a software on my pc (OBS is the software), thus I fear that my problems might depend from this action.

I also tried to log in after uninstalling OBS, but the warning persists.

I hope anyone can help me to resolve this trouble (I want clarify that I'm not a computer expert, so in case of any help please keep in account it).

There's an active bug report for this: https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=62827 and an earlier thread called "Site buggy" where we are discussing this issue.

Also, logging in from your browser's version of a private browsing window may work (it worked for me).

Thank you very much for your links and, mainly, your suggestion of trying with private browsing (it also works for me).

Reading the posts of other users with this same problem, I also tried to deactivate the adblocker and this worked too.

I hope this bug could be resolved as soon as possible.
