Space Empires 4X, beginner tries to create a Normal game

I am unable to create and 'Open Table to other players' for a turn based two player game OF the 'Beta' game Space Empires 4X. Im got some good pets; Premium Member, 100% reputation, 500+ XP. However I have yet to play a BGA game of Space Empires and thus am a Beginner. Is this why I can not create a two player game, because.. Beginners can not create Beta games(?), or must I be doing something else wrong? Im also looking to play 'Normal' (maybe Beginners must select Training?).

Oh gezz, how to delete my first post? On my 5th try I was able to 'Open Table to other players'. Not sure just yet what Im doing wrong or right, but I see persistence will pay off, so Im good. Thanks to the developer(s) and BGA for the Space Empires modules.
