Eliminate tournament players who make zero moves

I'm in a Viticulture tournament, in 2nd place in the standings after playing 8 games. I have a shot at 1st place, except.... in my current match there is a player who hasn't been on BGA in 40+ days. His previous 3 games in this tournament all had zero moves, the games were never played, and the other players earned a default of 4 points each.

The system should eliminate any player who doesn't make any moves. Force a withdrawal. This is very different from running out of time.

That's why I don't play swiss tournaments anymore. I only play single elimination and multiplayer elimination tournaments. All the absent players should get knocked out in the first or second round and then you're left with only people who finish their games.

Absent players make swiss tournaments unplayable. I've played swiss tournaments where half the games had a no-show player.

If you get kicked from a tournament game for running out of time, you should get auto-withdrawn from the tournament.

In a swiss tournament, especially if it's "don't play the same person twice", the absent players get mixed in all the matches and you have lots of games with a no-show.
