Clues Translation - Newcomer Doubt

Hello Guys,
I'm new here, and I've played some games and a question come in my mind while playing two of them.
The games are: Stella - Dixit and Concept.

I've tried to help in the translation, but couldn't find the clues words to translate.
Are the clues automatically translated? Not by humans?
Because sometimes I understand the clues traslated, but it doesn't feel like a Portuguese or Brazilian wrote it. Seems like an automatic translation.

The clues are indeed not in the translation system. They want to use only official translations. (Maybe for copyright reasons.)
