Hi, I'm new but have been playing a bit and enjoying the service.
My suggestion would be to add varying sounds, tones, or other audio when pieces are being played in games.
Mostly I've been playing Lost Ruins of Arnak and every single time a player does anything the game makes the exact same "whooshing" sound at the exact same volume. In the later turns this sound becomes extremely repetitive (and all that comes with that). Of course I could "turn it down" but then I'm turning down everything on BGA and I can't hear when other tables want me to play.
I'm suggesting a variety of sound effects or even basic dynamics (making it sound real through varying reverb, acoustics, etc). Perhaps even using sounds from real people interacting with board game pieces. I'm not a developer so I don't know how hard it would to do but from an audio stand point, I am familiar with how to record and process sounds and it wouldn't take much other than someone who slightly knew what they were doing and who owned a handful of different board games.
Just a thought for future implementation! I'm still loving the work you've done so far!
