Start table as spectator

I would like an option to start a table but not be a participant.

Why? Because I am usually the one in our group who facilitates the games. If I don't spark the idea, the game often does not happen. However, sometimes we have more people who want to play a game than the game will accommodate. So I would like to start the game (since I have premium access) but not count as a participant so more people can play.

Create the table. Wait for someone else to join, then leave the table.

That won‘t work for premium games, if there is no other premium player actually playing, for obvious reasons.
