How to report bad tournament players?

Sourisdedesert said bad players should not be named here but reported, yet there is no way to report a player who signs up for and fails to play literally thousands of games.

Where and how do these reports happen? Please tell us.

They answered in the other forum posts saying that everything is fine and no need to worry. It's our fault for joining these tournaments. Ridiculous.

My premium is done in July and I have been debating if I should just walk away from BGA. The tournament issue and the complete lack of empathy or understanding in the response, no way to make reports, the endless months of trying to get things fixed and still no response... This site is supposed to add to my life, not make it worse by making me miserable. If the rest of my day sucks because someone like * ruined 10 or more games in that one day, what am I doing here? If BGA does not care to keep good players, is there somehwhere else we can go? Obviously, they pardoned * despite this being the second known name doing the same problem, despite the reality that no one can possibly play 400+ games at once, BGA loves and keeps that kind of player. People like you and I who pay and then play as we promise, we are not cared about.

BGA, please do the right thing , retract * moderation or moderate *, otherwise it's one rule for one and another rule for another!
