They really need to change look for game

It's always starting a new game for me instead of looking for one already open for players.

What options do you have set on the Play Now page?
[Simple Game] [Real-Time] [Automatic] or [Simple Game] [Real-Time] [Manual]

Also, what game are you trying to join? For some less popular games there may be no game already open and looking for players.

There is a banner across the top of the "Play Now" page wih 3 headings. The first heading is "Simple Game" and if you touch it, you would see a drop down list that includes "Arena" and "Tournament". Next to that is Turn-based or real- time.

The final area on the far right is what you want to use to change your troubles. You choose between "Friends", "Automatic", and "Manual". Choose Manual here and you will then get a list of how many games are open and waiting for players, or you can create your own game with parameters/ add-on packs you choose.

There just may be no games available when you are trying, or you may have accidentally selected "Automatic"
