Ekonos (second edition) is now in Alpha!

Post by GTSchemer »

Ekonos, a game that simulates a stock exchange and its relation with real company values, is now in Alpha!

Ekonos is an economic strategy game for 2 to 6 players with simple mechanics. Compete to become president of various companies to decide their expansion policy throughout Europe. Time your selling, buying, and company growth to become the wealthiest player!

NOTE: There are many player preferences to make things more comfortable for you! Please take a look.

If you wish, you can even play in 3D mode.

A new update has been released to alpha, containing the following changes:

Added Undo button when expanding company.
Added preference link in scoreboard for first player.
Added tooltip for round marker.
Added preference for last round warning bar, defaulting to enabled.

Implemented a confirmation for skipping level 4 company expansion.
Fixed bug where starting expansion and then skipping would
leave tiles on the map until the page is refreshed.
Fixed bug where spectators could see negative coins and/or cards.
