ELO rounding?

I have an ELO in copenhagen of (exactly) 100 but have not received the regular player achievment nor can I play it in arena mode. Is this a bug or an issue with rounding?

If you hover on your ELO tag on https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=279180753 you'll see your final ELO is 99.76.

I think ELO should use floor instead of round, this causes needless confusions.
