I would be more then happy to UPDATE my payment information, however the website doesn't seem to support this option? IE: If your credit/debit card needs updating you MUST pay the newer/higher rate, but if your old card info is still good you pay the old rate? (There is nowhere that the old card info can even be seen and checked?)
I don't particularly mind paying a few dollars more for this service, but it's WRONG to do auto renewals at a previous rate without providing a way to UPDATE credit card info. Might even be illegal.
I went ahead and renewed with my new card, and paid those few dollars because the service is absolutely worth it, but suggest you do SOMETHING different here for the future. THANKS
