Differences in prestige ranking

Hi all guys!

I have a question: is it normal the fact that the prestige awards aren't equal for all the players who achieved them?
I'll take for example this
http://en.boardgamearena.com/#!award?game=49&award=4

I just took it and it provided me 14 prestige points, but looking the last players who obtained it some gained 14 points, some others 15... and it's not the only award with this behaviour.

It's a regular feature of the site or it's a bug?

In fact, for this kind of trophy, the number of prestige points awarded depends on the average duration of the game. For longer game, this is normal to have more prestige points.

Now that players are playing Yahtzee quicker, the number of prestige points decreased from 15 to 14. Not a big deal
