Do we have some statistics ?

I was wondering if we have access to some basic statistics like, in my case, the % of Kingdomino games with 2/3/4 players, and how frequently are each variants activated.

Do we have this kind of global infos, or are the per-player stats the only ones available ?

There have been numerous requests for access to aggregate statistics, and the response always seems to be that the increased server load is not worth it. Doesn't really hurt to ask again, though.

If you know a little bit about spreadsheet manipulation in LibreOffice, you can use the csv that is produced by this for a few funny different things. You could certainly find out percentages of how many games you played in certain player count, etc. I used it once to make a summary of how much time we have spent on different games in my regular gaming group over the years.

Regarding the server overload, these statements most certainly refer to attempts of actual webscraping where people try to access thousands of game record logs at once via a script. Of course the most interesting statistics could come out of this but unfortunately BGA wasn't designed for it. I am also pretty sure that admins have access to a lot more statistics but do not bother to make it accessible because too few people would be interested and also you need to keep some secrets as a company.
