Can't read development cards

I can only read my development cards if I hover over the card. If an opponent plays a card, I have no clue what it says because the print is too small. I'm playing on a Windows 10 Laptop. It'd be helpful if the card briefly appears zoomed in for 20ish seconds so we can read it after it's been played.
