Suggested (Easy?) Improvement To Race For The Galaxy

Phase selection allows 'Cancel/reselect' anytime prior to opponent(s) making their selections.

Initial Hand Card discards do NOT currently have a similar 'Redo until opponent makes their discards'.

Might not be too difficult to implement, given that very similar function exists for Phase selection.
