Application loading bug

Just two days ago I joined as a Premium member and since then my software has not worked. Every time I agree to a game as the process starts the screen locks up and says "Application Loading" but nothing happens. Eventually time expires and I am either expelled from the game or credited with a loss. Furthermore, I have attempted this three times and went from a reputation score of (84) to a reputation score of (34).

Needless to say, I am frustrated that once I gave money to BGA, the system has failed me. A very unhappy customer indeed.

Sorry about your bad experience. I checked your profile and see that you play only Memoir 44. This game is still in beta (there are some warnings about that), so it's still being worked on and that means that new bugs can appear.

It also seems that you are playing using the Safari browser, which is also particularly difficult to maintain compatibility with. It's possible that developers would have made changes causing a bug for Safari.

I would advise you to report this issue https://boardgamearena.com/bugs?game=1560 (and if it's possible for you, to play from your desktop using another browser until it's fixed).

I clicked my profile on here and it loaded. I took a couple of moves and now it's back to not loading...

I have no idea where your problem comes from and how to fix it.

What I can say is I am also a premium member and I also play a lot of Memoir’44 on Safari on three different devices (Mac, Phone tablet) and that works.

So maybe it is something different?

I hope you work out the kinks because I am looking forward to meeting you on the Memoir’44 battlefields here too.
