Arena Season end time

Does the end of the season adjust to local time? I'm seeing it ends on Jul 12 and 07:00. Is that 7am my local time, or is that server time? If server time, what time zone is that located in?

It's your local time. For me it's same day at 14:00 (2pm, France time)
