Player's ELO reset but still on the arena leaderboard

Post by T72on1 »

So I just discovered a player whose ELO got reset across the board. When checking further, it appears it happened because of kingmaking through another player. So far nothing special I guess. But the strange thing is that this player is still on various Arena leaderboards.

I don't get this. He or she got various number 1 spots in Arena this way, through kingmaking. It has been noticed, otherwise the ELO would not have been reset to 0. So why let that player keep the Arena rating?

I wanted to report this, but Kingmaking can't be reported apparently. Moreover I can't publicly red thumb the player because we haven't played each other yet.

I find it even more frustrating that the ELO achievements in such cases aren't nulled either. Like anyone can cheat to reach the #1 ELO in the world and all lesser plaques and they'll get to keep them forever even if proven guilty.

If CHEATS were stripped of every achievement and a warning sign displayed on their avatar, then maybe we would have less CHEATS.

It is so easy to CHEAT on this site, so I'm not surprised there are so many CHEATS.

This actually should become a suggestion.
