Classement in a tournament

Post by Micalyptus »

Hello. I am currently participating in a backgammon tournament. backgammon • Sugoroku Quest The hero found Excalibur - Stage 1 - Group 3
There is a problem in the classification and I would like to understand. I played a game that I won 15 to 0. I find myself ranked lower than some people including darkupqwark for example who won his game 15 to 13. How is this possible? Thank you for your reply.

Score during a game does not matter, only win/lose does.

When players are tied for points, they are ranked by the strength of their previous opponents (pints in the tournament, not ELO).
