Infinite “application loading” and disconnection (iPad)

As per title thread. I started experiencing more and more random disconnects during games (different games - Race for the Galaxy, Lost Cities and other) - the last few days. Tried to restart the iPad several times but today I couldn’t even get a game to load. It’s stuck in application loading, disconnecting etc. The website in general is responsive and works well, this is only in-game. Tried Safari, Firefox, Edge and Chrome, emptied browser cache etc. so it’s clearly not a browser issue. Any sugggestions? On latest iOS as well, iPad 8.gen. It works perfectly on my Android phone.

I see we are both located in Norway.

I don't understand how, but it seems to be an internet provider issue somehow. Which is weird because I've had this issue the las tfew days with two different providers (when on vacation and at home). What actually works is using cell network. Even on PC/iPad if I set up my phone as a hot spot and connect to it, it suddenly works, but on WLAN it doesn't.

Had the same problem when trying the cell network.

But, when using a vpn and selecting another country it worked just fine. So seems to be something weird going on between Norway and BGA.

I have the same problem. I am also from Norway. It works on my cell network, but nothing works on wifi.

If this issue is with a specific internet service provider, your ISP may be blocking some sources or protocols (or have some technical issues themselves).

I started experiencing this yesterday. I do not remember when.
Using a PC, also located in Norway.

Never had this issue before, and it's driving me mad. It's really curious that when I click the move, I can press F5 and the move is registered and I can do the "next click". So I can play the games if I spam F5 between every click of the mouse.

Troubleshooting returns everything green.
Different browser made no difference, neither did incognito mode.
Browser cache cleared.

Tried using my mobile device and ran into a new error there. Says an important BGA module can not be found and thus the game can not be loaded.
The site suggests I switch to English language, but that is already my default language setting. I even tried removing other languages to see if it would have any impact, but not such luck.

I'm also located in Norway and experiencing exactly the same problems. Constantly disconnected from game or server. Really annoying. Seems I can get around it using VPN.

The issue has now stopped occuring. I did nothing further than the previous troubleshooting. No corrective actions were taken on my part.

Good to know, thanks for the feedback. No action either on our end, so it was probably a low level network issue on the way to our servers that has been fixed by the service providers.
