Select dice to keep or to reroll?

Would it be possible to either

a) make all games agree on whether to select the dice to keep of to reroll OR
b) habe a setting to configure this per user?

I was just confused because e.g. King of Tokyo (select to "lock in") and Yhatzee (select to reroll) differ in this aspect.
