Group message notifications?

Hi folks,

I find it odd that Groups do not send out any message notifications (at least for new messages, but also replies would be useful).
Are there any plans to rectify this? In this way Groups are not much useful if you have to manually scan them daily and it is easier to discuss things in the Forums...

You can "scan" all group posts on welcome page /welcome, and for instant notification you can use group chat.
What I dislike is thqt you cant mute these notifications when need, and cant turn off they being shown in game log

Yeah... the whole notification system seems to be something of a relic from earlier times, when BGA was perhaps much smaller and you wanted to see extetnal notifications in-game...
