Bias towards premium players

I know this has been discussed before and denied, but I've been playing too many games and see it happen almost every time. Premium players are getting the rolls they need, the cards they need, and always have the resources that they need when they need them. It's happening too often to be coincidence. It's like BGA lets your ELO get to a certain point then show you how you don't even have a chance to win unless you pay up. I've lost over 200 points of ELO in the past two days while watching this garbage happen. If they think that this behavior will drive people to pay, it's not working on me and I know I'm not alone. I'm probably going to delete my account since playing games is no fun if you don't have a fair chance.

I just clicked over to your page and saw your stats and OMG- What are you complaining about? Your win percents are way above chance! How can you accuse BGA of throwing you bad plays on purpose when you smash others and win way beyond my premium self. You win at Castles of Burgandy 75% of the time and an ELO of 519. You are ranked 57th on BGA and have never once contributed a dime for the 1,369 games you have played in 10 months. How often do you think you should win? On Chess you win 89% of the time!

Seeing your stats makes me think you have it all backwrds. Maybe I would do better if I was not premium! Looks like non-premium have the secret handshake. (I am kidding, I don't agree the system is rigged)

Who wants to bet this person creates a new account soon when they realize there are no other good sites that compare to BGA with the game selection and being able to play with random people? They’re for sure coming back

This is so true. And I wish I could quit them, but I have some masochistic tendency to wade into these threads when I know there is zero hope of actually getting through to someone (see the recent Catan thread on rigged rolls).

Sounds like certain people during the pandemic who were against all forms of regulations, you couldn't get through to them either.
