Shuffle Player Order

Some games benefit from having a different player order when replaying, and it's much easier to invite the same players to a rematch with the Rematch button.

It would be nice to have an option in the table settings to shuffle the player order regardless of if this is a new table or a rematch, to save time on making a new table and manually inviting the same players in a different order.


I may also have just missed something, so if that's the case and somebody can point me in the direction of how to do that, that would be great, thanks!

When I play "Get The MacGuffin", where I play lots of rematches with the same people, the game already states in the log it detects the same players and switches the player order.

I was curious about this. I've been replaying Thurn and Taxis with the same players for a while and it looks like the same player order has been ongoing for at least 5 games. The log only mentions "Rematch with the exact same players detected: starting player has been rotated." Does that include a shuffle for player order or just a rotation of the starter player?

I totally agree. Why is there no option to randomise placement even if rematch?? You then can choose if you want to or not. It can't be that hard to implement that.

Also recommending an option to randomise player order when hitting a rematch. This feature is a must-have and I feel like it shouldn't be too difficult to code in? Maybe as a checkbox option next to the button?
