504 Gateway Time-out When Loading Turn-Based Game

Guess we learned today BGA is on more than one server. Some are down, some are still usable

Yeah but why the same game (Dice hospital) Is Ok in 1 table and not ok in other?
They split the database different tables of the same game in different servers?
And why no Server Redundancy...?

Would be nice if turn-based move timers got extended to compensate for this as I'll probably run out of time on at least one game now...

This is my concern. I have a 19-hour cushion for one game, but the fact that no admin has popped into these threads to comment worries me. Hopefully it's because they are so busy handling it they don't even have time to comment rather than they don't know about it.

Same for me. At least two games are inaccessible at the moment, and have been about 2 hours or mor
And one game I can't play because I must play the inaccessible game first. Lol

I think part of our issue is that BGA says service is normal. I don't think they realize there is an issue and how do we tell them? No way to reach them easily

Having the same issue for the past few hours. Three of my games timeout, web or app. Some others work normally.

Having the same issue. It's my turn in four different games but I cannot access any of them (I've tried phone and laptop), and its been this way for hours. And no word from BGA on this? Or have I missed an update?

Getting the same issue, however, I'm able to access my turn-based games by clicking on my profile icon, selecting "View all current tables" and then clicking into the table I want to take the turn on.
