Why ? It's exactly the same as saying to someone that has an issue with some features of a github repo to try to create a fix and create a pull request to merge that into the main branch. If that's a community work (which is the case here), then it's a perfectly valid answer.
You are finding this answer innapropriate because, as previously said, you are thinking that premium implies some rights that are not actually true. Premium is here mostly to pay for the service : servers, people maintaining and improving the main site and the framework for game devs, community manager, ...

Release does usually imply some quality standard but not that much compared to what one might expect, and yeah i understand why you can find it weird but that's current BGA policy for release : quantity over quality (which does not mean that all games are full of bugs though), which indeed might cause some players to stop premium.
