Getting back your lost ELO (both regular and arena) and karma because of a bugged game

Hi,

Yesterday, arena play was really buggy for Terra Mystica.

Rincevent123, the game developper, fixed the issue later, but I literally had to quit 2 games because of that, being unable to start another game of any sorts because the 2 buggy games were still listed as active even if we couldn't do anything at all. In both games, I was kind of the "sacrificed lamb"as I took on me to quit both games 1st, so the others could quit the same games without penalty after I did and go on to play another game.

I lost plenty of regular ELO, Arena ELO, and 20 karma points because of that, which is unfair. Is there a way for developpers to cancel these penalties?

ELO and Arena ELO can't be modified in any way. Karma can, but usually 20 karma points are gained back pretty easily and probably faster than the time it takes to have an admin intervention to fix it.
