Herd rule sheet

Herd is my first dice abtract.
It's rare that a name fits an abstract game so well, but Herd gameplay is remarkably herdlike. There's incentive to keep your stones in a group. And incentive to keep your stones from getting isolated, surrounded, and captured - exactly as in nature.
Somehow the natural phenomenon of the random outcome of two rolled dice, combined with very simple rules for adding and subtracting members, combined with human know-how produces a biological model of herding.
