why isn't the system recording my wins

i'm a new player....playing seasons....don't see any wins or losses...thanks for your help....I don't see a way to contact the admin...please help!

When creating a table, the table admin can choose the 'No ELO' option which means that the game is 'just for fun'.
You'll earn ELO only when playing games where this option not enabled (you can see this option when joining the table).
