Is it a bug or rules? Egg in Wetland

One of the round goals is Egg in Wetland. However, birds that are living in other areas, but can also live in wetland counted towards the round goal.
In our game, a player with 0 birds in wetland achieved 2nd in round goal for eggs in wetlands, by having eggs on birds that can be build in any 3 habitats, but were not in the wetlands.
That seems to be bug, else the round goal would say something like egg on birds that CAN live in wetland. Not sure if it is a bug or a rule interpretation, so I am hoping posting it here on forum will shed some light if this is how it's supposed to be or it really is a bug in this else fantastic interface!

The goal is indeed eggs in wetlands, not in other habitats. If you are seeing the goal scored incorrectly, please let me know the table number.

In the replay at the end of Round 3 (move #160), I can see that you had 8 eggs in 3 of your 4 wetland birds, and the other two players each had 4 eggs split among two wetland birds, so it looks like the goal was scored correctly.

If another player's mat appeared empty, it could mean there was a display bug, which I would usually see in the replay.

Mine and blues scoring were correct, that is not the bug:
Look at Greens score. Green has 0 birds built in wetland, but scored a shared 2nd place with blue for the round goal (The one with 4 eggs on 2 cards)

I see green has two birds on wetland: Lincoln's sparrow and chimney swift, with 2 eggs each.
Blue has two birds on wetland too: king rail and black skimmer, with 2 eggs each.

I see no player with 0 birds in any row (by the end of round 3). Is the table number (https://boardgamearena.com/gamereview?table=300746337) the correct one?

yeah, I went through it move by move. Seems correct Phew cool. Flawless and fun. Seriously a fantastic interface.
Are we getting Europe birds some day too? Gotta love those Turquois birds....
