As you certainly remember, I have personally reviewed this case as you wrote me directly about it.

So an admin who can read your language pretty well (level C1 for reading Italian) took the time to check and answer you about this specific case to confirm the moderation. You certainly cannot say that you didn't get enough attention!

A lot of time was wasted on this just because you just cannot accept the moderation, just like a lot of our time is wasted similarly by other users unable to have an unbiased look at the way they express themselves and to accept a (most of the time) very light moderation.

Which is why we have had to add this warning in the forum: WARNING: challenging a moderation in Forum = 10 days ban. Please do not come back on this subject again, or I'll have no qualms about considering it a challenge and apply this rule.

My comment, as anyone can read, speaks of a much more general topic; obviously if my case were the only one it would not be a well-founded request but since I have been able to read many cases where it happens that a bad interpretation can lead to penalties that are due to simple misunderstandings.

Then, if you really want to take this opportunity where I express my opinion calmly and certainly not out of personal interest, it means that I will accept another sanction; certainly it will not be that to prevent me from saying in full good conscience and freedom what I think.
