1) there already is a dedicated thread on the forum under suggestions to request new game considerations.
2) Clue/Cluedo is owned by Hasbro, and they will never give out the licence to BGA for online play

BGA has other deduction games as well. Sadly there is no filter for this mechanism. So here are the deduction games on BGA I know of:
13 clues
Dinosaur Tea Party
Mr. Jack
Tagiron = Break the Code
Reflection (abstract)

And these games are also cooperative:
