Why BGA take back my points ? Its the second time I'm being this ! I don't leave any match so why they keep minus my point ?? My karma is 100% btw

You didn't lose any karma points. You were just overtime on a game, but that can happen.

What are you precisely talking about?
ELO points, then you lost a game like normal?
