BGA down intermittently? Got disconnect but webpage wouldn't load for a few minutes.

Hey, the last two days I've had three moments where BGA wouldn't load at all for a few minutes, while other sites loaded fine.

The last time a few minutes ago this happened during a game, amd hence got a penalty.

Any idea why this is happening and if its in my side how to fix it? Its not my internet though. I am on android.
